If John Deere were here today, a member of the Verizon Audit Committee, and running for the President of the United States in 2008, how would John Deere answer these hypothetical debate questions: |

2. Do you recognize that Verizon executives should feel remorse for the harm to the children at 481 Lydia Perry Road, Sanford, NC, because their father objected to defrauding stockholders by basing profits on stolen property, as much as $120,000,000,000 in fines alone, Yes or No?
3. Are you blocking from your conscious mind how every day that goes by where the court documents that falsely claim there was no pirated software are not corrected, as a member of the Verizon Audit Committee, and per SOX 301, you are clearly dissuading reasonable John Deere workers from complaining in the first place of those being required to feloniously load and use stolen intellectual property at John Deere as a condition of employment, Yes or No?
4. If, as falsified court documents claim, there was no pirated software, then why don't you recognize that the company would have provided receipts, purchases orders, original software boxes, or something somewhere that could have been provided armed federal marshals in the event of a software raid? If this exists as court documents clearly infer, why is Worldcom/MCI, now Verizon, not showing this verification of ownership to a judge and suing me for slander???
5. As a member of the Verizon Audit Committee, will you willingly abide by section 301 of the Sarbanes Oxley act of your own free will, or will it take an order from the court to get the members of the Verizon Audit Committee to obey the law.
