CC: Verizon Audit Committee, US Senate Judiciary Committee, US DOL, FBI, MediaAs a member of the Verizon Audit Committee, you have a special responsibility to corporate employees of America. Your action, or lack thereof, in getting Verizon to obey the Sarbanes Oxley law will have tremendous affect on not only Verizon employees, but John Deere employees as well. If you ignore section 301 of the Sarbanes Oxley act by allowing my wrongful termination to go unaddressed, you are giving John Deere managers carte blanche permission to fire employees at will who object to the commission of felonies at John Deere. You will be sending chills up and down the spines of every God fearing employee of John Deere who just wants to obey the law.In RR v White of June 2006, the United States Supreme Court clearly showed that it is illegal to dissuade reasonable workers from complaining in the first place. It is against Christian's religion to commit felonies, thus making this religious discrimination. US judgeship nominee Thomas Farr's law firm is clearly advising Verizon to pressure employees to commit perjury because that is the only way to support their false claims of no pirated software anytime, anywhere in the company. It was rampant in my department and everyone knew that with absolute certainty. Mr. Lane, as CEO of John Deere and as a member of the Verizon Audit Committee, you are, or should be, aware that my department could not pass a software raid anytime during my employ and that I objected to this repeatedly to my management. The resulting retaliation caused me situational anxiety as a direct result of being required to felonious load and use this stolen intellectual property as a condition of employment. This open letter WILL get to your employees. You need to act now to send the RIGHT message to John Deere managers and employees. Do the right thing and give me my life back. Thank you.
