If you are going to continue to falsely claim in court documents that there was never any pirated software at your company, please forward this “terms and conditions” to all 2008 potential Presidential candidates whose websites in any way link to http://whitehouse08.info. The terms and conditions, as modified on 4/27/07, are very clear that any 2008 potential Presidential candidate who has clear and convincing evidence that Verizon is and has been fully in compliance with the stolen intellectual property laws must remove any links to this site. I will, of course, ask any 2008 potential Presidential candidate who acts on this terms and conditions to provide the court with this clear and convincing evidence that Verizon is and has been fully in compliance.

Retaliation Law contributing factorin whatever negative employment action was taken. Once again, this aspect is unlike many other whistleblower laws which generally require that the whistleblower prove that their reporting was the cause, or at least was a significant or motivating factor in the negative employment action taken. To rebut the claim this law requires that the employer show by clear and convincing evidencethat the employee's report had no effect on the personnel action taken |
